.rar的文件解压后放到 Custom\Atom\Person\Pose下，.var文件放到addonpackages文件夹，或者解压放到VAM下对应的文件夹。

- 解压后得到var文件放入addonpackages文件夹，然后启动VAM，在VAM场景里选择人物原子后，再点菜单上的姿势预设，再点选择现有... ，再找到这个姿势文件，右边就会显示姿势预览图，点击姿势预览图里的姿势即可。网站教程栏有视频教程，可以看看多熟悉一下。
